I’ve written about motivation extensively in a different past on my blog at cristivlad.com and more recently here https://cristivlad.substack.com/p/singleminded. When it comes to realizing anything in life, you have to be aware of the fact that you either do it or not. It’s a binary decision.
If you don’t take action, time will pass anyway, and it’s likely that you will experience regrets and the uncertainty of not knowing what would’ve happened if you took action.
If you take action and succeed, great. Keep on taking action and enjoying the journey. There is no end to accomplishing or a final destination. There is only the journey.
If you take action and do not succeed, that’s also great. Try something else. The journey is the destination.
That being said, I’ve worked with my AI assistant at alterai.me to come up with a simple 5 step strategy to achieve anything you want. The only thing you need to do is to show up and take action. Sometimes, you only need to show up…
1) Define your goal: Without a clear and defined goal, it will be difficult to measure progress and determine whether or not you are successful.
2) Set a deadline: A deadline will help to keep you focused and motivated to achieve your goal.
3) Create a plan: A plan will outline the steps you need to take to achieve your goal and help to keep you on track.
4) Take action: Taking action is the only way to achieve your goal. Without taking action, your goal will remain nothing more than a dream.
5) Evaluate your progress: Evaluating your progress along the way will help you to determine whether or not you are on track to achieve your goal.
Deceivingly simple, right? Why not go for it at this very moment?
