I used to be the guy on the left. Until I took an active interest for physiologic betterment.
In 2013 I began experimenting with the ketogenic diet and with fasting. Intermittent and extended.
I also began reading the medical literature on the topic.
In 2015 I wrote a book about my experiments and about my findings up until that point.
I learned a hell lot ever since. And experimented a lot more.
Trial, error, and failure have been my close friends.
There is no end goal. I love the process of discovery.
