Ok (can I start a blog entry with ok? Of course!)
I asked Omni AI at alterai.me for very specific advice on how to keep motivation high for the entire day. Here’s my prompt:
How to maintain your motivation throughout the entire day. A list of 10 specific and implementable things:
And here’s what Omni returned.
1. Wake up early and get started on your day right away.
2. Set small, achievable goals for yourself and tick them off as you go.
3. Take regular breaks, but make sure you use them wisely – use them to move your body, get some fresh air or take a power nap.
4. Find a work buddy to help you stay on track and motivated.
5. Set up a reward system for yourself – for example, treat yourself to a coffee break or a new book once you finish a project.
6. Get rid of distractions – turn off your phone, close the door to your office, etc.
7. Take care of yourself – eat healthy, exercise regularly and get enough sleep.
8. Find a role model or mentors to look up to.
9. Stay positive and focus on your goals.
10. Celebrate your successes, no matter how small.
I don’t agree with #1 because I’m not an early bird. I’m not a night owl either. My favorite is #5, I usually use coffee or a lemonade. #9 and #10 despite being very generic work wonders. Celebrating your success, even by only taking 10 minutes to think of how it came to be, is a powerful tool for future endeavors.
I think the key to a successful response from the AI is to be very specific, as doing so will return high-quality results. You can try it out for free and see for yourself.
I’d like to end by asking you to tell me what you’re working on right now, maybe I can help.
I have some open spots for coaching and consultations in cyber, machine learning and web application super-fast development with nocode (like I did with Alterai.me - from idea to product in less than 30 days). No coding experience is required. You can contact me by replying to this email or DM on Twitter @cristivlad25.
Also, feel free to reach out on Twitter with thoughts about what I said here or to tell me what I can do to help you grow in any way, shape, or form.
Cheers, Cristi
